In this article we reflect on therapeutic attitude and method in performing psychotherapy.
We argue that consolidating therapeutic outcomes will be more successful when client
processes are integrated with therapist authenticity, in which therapeutic attitude and
method coincide. These aspects are compared using a composite case study.
