In this article, the methodology of experiential assistance in group supervision is presented. The working method is clarified from the phenomenological background of focusing. In this form of supervision, both client and therapist are represented by fellow supervisees. They participate in the supervision from these positions. The experiencing and Re-experiencing of the group members is explicitly integrated in the supervision situation and combined with the content or theoretical background information. The supervisee is asked to take a break on a regular basis in order to make contact with his experiential track at that moment. The concrete working method is illustrated by means of two focusing oriented supervision sessions.
