Two new laws concerning the quality of healthcare

SUMMARY

The author describes in this article some headlines of two new laws concerning the quality of healthcare, called the Law of Professions in the Individual Healthcare an the Law of Quality in Institutions of Healthcare.
The Law of Professions in the Individual Healthcare concerns the quality of the individual professional practise.
The Law of Quality in Institutions of Healthcare deals especially with a good organization of the care, with the purpose that justifiable healthcare can be given.
In this article some remarks are made about the importance of these two laws for psychotherapists. This in relation to a case mentioned concerning expertise and ability of the professional practise.
