During the education and supervision of aspiring therapists, it is important to acknowledge the complexity of the therapeutic relationship and the therapeutic processes of change. To accept complexity and the notion of being 'good enough' as a therapist makes the student grow in his occupation. Education and supervision in good-enough-therapy happens through reflection-on-action of the supervised student together with the educator or supervisor. To enlighten this process, a case-history is presented.
