Traditionally, mindfulness is known as an attitude and a method. It encompasses a fundamental shift in the way we pay attention to what is presented to us. The practice of mindfullness creates an opportunity to welcome and accept what is, and to engage in an intimate relation with the process of experiencing itself. From that stance it could be integrated in a experiential approach, for the therapist as well as his client.
The tPeP (Journal Person-centered experiential Psychotherapy) is the scientific journal for Dutch and Flemish psychotherapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists, that work from, or are interested in a client-centered perspective.
